    Hi! I am Shelley Arp, a REALTOR® with All City Real Estate Ltd. Co.


    I LOVE Texas! My family has called it home for many generations and I couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home. I was born and raised in Duncanville, TX and settled my roots in Central Texas in 1998.


    I have worked in the financial industry for almost 30 years and have always had a passion for the real estate industry.  From my years as a Loan Signing Agent and now as a Real Estate Agent, building personal connections has always been a cornerstone of my business. Whether I am helping a client purchase a first home, retirement/forever home, or next investment property - the joy when they find 'the one' is what drives me.


    I currently live in the Lampasas area with my husband of 26 years and our daughter. I love spending my down time playing golf with my husband and when we are not golfing, we spend quality family time cultivating our small piece of TX, preparing to get it ready for our forever home.
